LBZG's Wildlife Assessment Services can call on expert personnel with extensive experience in studying the fauna of the Mount Cameroon region, home to a wide variety of mammals, birds and butterflies.
Almost a decade of experience working in this area has provided an intimate knowledge of the habitats and distribution of Chimpanzees, Drills, Preuss' Monkey, Elephants, Mount Cameroon Francolin, Green-Breasted Bushshrike, Grey-necked Picathartes and many Cameroon endemic montane birds.
Our qualified experts can be hired on a consultancy basis to perform biodiversity assessments, bio-monitoring and evaluation services and provide technical guidance on wildlife management issues. We also offer training to build institutional capacity in wildlife resources management, from basic data collection for monitoring to implementation of bio-monitoring programmes.
We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with other conservation institutions and Universities. Our facilities, data and expertise can be made available to visiting researchers wishing to carry out their own projects in the Mount Cameroon region.
